Vaastu Friendly House

Vaastu Friendly house is that which everyone wants to have in their life. When searching for house or buying an existing one, ensure that, the plot, house or flat is in square or rectangular shape and do not have a cut in any direction.

The facing of the house is extremely important, because the positioning of rooms, doors, windows and overall construction depends on this aspect, which determines overall happiness of residents in such Vaastu friendly  house.

The main entrance door is supposed to be mouth of the house.

Never purchase a Triangular dimensions property.

Never purchase a flat or house which has no bedroom in Southwest.

Toilet and bathroom in Southwest create the Vaastu defect (Dosh) which never gives stability to residents in that House

How directions effects adversely to the residents.

Varun is the God of West direction and represents the water, thus West direction is the better option for Swimming pool.

Southeast is the place of Fire (Agni deva) thus scheming the kitchen here will beneficial for that house.

Every room in the house should be constructed in accordance with Vaastu-shastra tips

• Kitchen: Southeast is the ideal place for Kitchen. Never buy a house with the Kitchen in the North direction.
• Master bedroom: Master bedroom must be in the Southwest direction of the House. Master bedroom should not be in the Southeast, as this direction is ruled by fire element.
• Children room: Children’s should be in the South of Southwest or West of Southwest direction. For Daughter’s room Northwest is ideal.
• Toilet: As per Vaastu shastra, West or Northwest are the ideal place for toilet/bathroom. Avoid houses if the toilets built in wrong directions other than Vaastu principles, since that will be a major defect and affects adversely on every walk of Life
